Ganado Murder Suspect on the Loose

Tuesday night in Ganado, the authorities are still searching for the man charged with the murder of Fred Castillo Anzaldua.

On February third, Anzaldua was found dead as the result of blunt force trauma in front of a home at the 200 block of farm to market road 1683. After conducting an investigation, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office has charged 31-year-old Robert Garcia Perez with murder, manslaughter and aggravated assault causing serious bodily injuries. A warrant was issued last week for his arrest, but authorities have yet to find him. The investigation is ongoing.
