If you're looking for fast food without the grease, look no further than the side of the road where food trucks seem to be popping-up in Victoria but what standards is this "trendy" food-on-the-go held to?
They're a big hit in big cities, but now they're coming to the Crossroads. It's the convenience and mobility factors of the trucks that have many customers asking "is it safe?" The permits for these food trucks can cost upwards of eighty dollars each and have to be renewed yearly. The health department said they do bi-annual checks on every truck.
