Crash Injures Driver on Red River
In Victoria, three vehicles crash, sending one driver to the hospital.
The vehicles wrecked around 12:40 this afternoon at the intersection of Ben Jordan and Red River and according to police all three vehicles where stop at the light. When the light turned green the last vehicle took off before than the other two, causing a domino effect. The driver of the lead car, 48-year-old Carolyn Ybanez of Victoria was transported to Citizens Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. The driver who flew too soon has been identified as 65-year-old Theresa Tucker. According to police reports Tucker is responsible for the accident for improper start from the stop position but did not receive a citation.
