Allergy Season
Spring has sprung and so have the allergies. Area doctors say this year's allergy season could be the worst they've ever had. Dr. Sanjeev Bhatia with Crossroads Health Center said this year’s allergy season is worse than last year, and that pollen and cedar in the air is what's causing the allergy spike. Dr. Bhatia said they're things you can do first to treat your allergies before coming to the doctor but if that doesn't work Bhatia recommends you go see a doctor for antibiotics or a steroid shot. Dr. Bhatia said it’s better to treat you allergies early-on before they get worse. For more allergy tips visit http://www.webmd.com/allergies/features/exercise-allergies
