Accident on Red River
It happened around 11:00 this morning at the intersection of Ben Jordan and Red River.
According to police, a Toyota Rav-4, and a Toyota Venza, were both stopped in traffic when a Chevy Impala struck the Venza knocking it into the Rav-4. The 56-year-old passenger of the Venza was transported to Citizens Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the Impala, 26-year-old Veronica Cardenas, received a citation for failure to control speed.
