People remember the following: You won't be penalize if : • The lowest-priced coverage available to you would cost more than 8% of your household income • You don’t have to file a tax return because your income is too low And you won’t have to buy insurance if (only partial list): • You’re homeless. • You were evicted in the past 6 months or were facing eviction or foreclosure. • You received a shut-off notice from a utility company. • You recently experienced domestic violence. • You recently experienced the death of a close family member.

how are the older people going to get this health insurance if they don't work and don't have any money coming in and they don't want to give them medicaid either what are they suppose to do then?
