Port Lavaca Body Autopsy Results
The mysterious death of a man in Port Lavaca back in January has officially been ruled a drowning.
You may remember the body of 27-year-old Diego Martinez was discovered by two fishermen near the Bay Front peninsula. Autopsy results show there was no trauma to his body, but new toxicology tests show Martinez had a point-2-5 blood alcohol level and that's more than 3-times the legal limit. Travis County medical examiner’s office also said Martinez had large amounts of water in his lungs, and was alive before hitting the water.
