Pets Teeth

February is dental health month, not only for people, but also for our animals.

Dental issues are one of the most common ailments of our furry friends, but with daily care, like brushing and proper food choice, you can help keep those teeth in fit shape. Here are some tips: be sure to only use toothpaste meant for animals, and food with larger kibble makes a difference to, the larger pieces help slough off tarter build-up. Toys that are designed for dental health can have benefits as well. If you suspect your pet is having teeth troubles be sure to get them to a vet before the problem get worse.
