North Navarro Accident
A late morning crash shut down traffic near Crestwood right before the lunchtime rush.
Victoria police said a Lincoln SUV was headed south on Navarro, when it crashed into a 4-door Chevy pulling out of the Wendy's. The driver of the Chevy was given a citation for failure to yield. The driver of the Lincoln had some minor injuries, but was not transported.
