    As the fall sports calendar inches closer, both East and West opened up their preseason practices Monday morning. The Titans ran their first full practice in shorts and shirts as they look to build upon a 2017 season that saw them go 3-6 overall, and 1-5 in district.     Playing in front of a packed home crowd, the Generals defeated the Cane Cutters, 7-4, to claim their second TCL Championship in franchise history. The Generals dropped the first game of the TCL Championship Series in Louisiana before coming home to Riverside and winning the last two nights.
